Great stay!

We stayed 13th to 16th November. Hotel is immaculately clean. Room really comfortablepillows a little soft for us, but thats just personal preference.
Bathroom/Shower facilities great!
15 min walk into the old town - really pleasant walk by the castle.
We had breakfast two mornings, really good selection and set us up for a day of exploring what Krakow had to offer.

The hotel provided absolutely everything one could ask for. It had by far the best hotel breakfast that i have experienced yet. The honey combs deserts and other not so commnon options were great. The room was adaquate with a modern look to it. I was also visiting a Auschwitz located in Krakow and the driver picked me up right in front of the hotel which was very nice. Overall its a very solid choice for a lot better...

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing.
Housekeeping: The staff were not friendly and often unhelpful. One staff member on the 3rd floor even raised her voice at an elderly guest when she politely asked for tissues.
Staff in general: Communication was difficult as most staff did not speak English, which made it hard to get assistance. Their attitude often felt unwelcoming.

Great! Staff friendly, rooms clean, easy check in! A little bit of a walk from the central, but really not that far!!! Great views at night of the castle and river. Could benefit with a few hangers in the room, but as a short visit not a biggy for us. If ever in Krakow again, will be back :)...

Perfectly located!

Fantastically located hotel right on the Vistula River!
Check in was seamless and we were on a room on the fifth floor, we didn't look out over the river but a car park. The room was decently sized, had fantastic air conditioning and you could connect via bluetooth to the TV. The bathroom was very big albeit with an odd picture on the wall.
The beds were super comfy and the pillows with separate duvets were heave...
