Hotel is very beautiful. Room was large and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was decent. There is a nice restaurant at the ground floor. There is also underground parking but you need reservation. Location wise it is not ideal....

The Q Plus Hotel is clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. However, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, as the main square is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
Food and drink within the hotel are quite expensive, so those on a budget may prefer to eat in the Jewish Quarter, which offers more affordable options. The surrounding area has a small selection of restaurants and coffee shops, ...

Great hotel

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is goodthere are bus and tram stops next to the hotel, and you can reach the old town in just a few minutes. If I return to Krakow, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

We stayed 13th to 16th November. Hotel is immaculately clean. Room really comfortablepillows a little soft for us, but thats just personal preference.
Bathroom/Shower facilities great!
15 min walk into the old town - really pleasant walk by the castle.
We had breakfast two mornings, really good selection and set us up for a day of exploring what Krakow had to offer.

The hotel provided absolutely everything one could ask for. It had by far the best hotel breakfast that i have experienced yet. The honey combs deserts and other not so commnon options were great. The room was adaquate with a modern look to it. I was also visiting a Auschwitz located in Krakow and the driver picked me up right in front of the hotel which was very nice. Overall its a very solid choice for a lot better...
