Fantastically located hotel right on the Vistula River!
Check in was seamless and we were on a room on the fifth floor, we didn't look out over the river but a car park. The room was decently sized, had fantastic air conditioning and you could connect via bluetooth to the TV. The bathroom was very big albeit with an odd picture on the wall.
The beds were super comfy and the pillows with separate duvets were heave...

Very nice midsize hotel with really good food! Check in staff member was quite rough, almost impolite, but the others were great. Restaurants staff is super kind, maybe the manager may not like that they mingle with some enthusiasm when it is quiet:-)...

Great place to stay

This was our first visit to Krakow and it did not disappoint! This is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; very modern. The hotel is immaculately clean. Theres lots to choose from for breakfast and the restaurant is superb; the food is amazing. Theres a lovely bar area. The hotel is also dog friendly.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is not near the old town or main...

A lovely hotel, rooms were spacious, , clean, and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice, a waffle machine, smoothie maker, cooked breakfast, pastries and cakes, fruit, salad, cheese and meats.
The staff weren't especially friendly from reception to the breakfast staff. It felt that guests were very much an inconvenience.

Clean Hotel - Hood Location

I always stay at Q Hotel while on Business travel. The Hotel is located just behind the ICE and is convenient to get to the City Center and other locations.
Rooms are spacious with carpets. Some rooms on the higher floors overlook the river.
Toilets have a shower cubicle. Linen and towels are clean....
