Nice hotel on the river bank in walking distance of most of the points of interest. Room clean & tidy, quick check in, breakfast was good with good choice of food, buffet could be positioned a bit better as everyone on top of each other, reaching over the food for bread / toast etc. The bar area is in the foyer, quite expensive but ok for a night cap or meeting area. Great Hotel to use as a hub to tour Krakow City and area.

We stayed at this hotel for four days whilst we toured Krakow and the surrounding area. The staff were very attentive ,welcoming and English speaking. We found the hotel itself to be very clean, large atrium foyer, fairly modern and well maintained, as was our room. We had breakfast every day at the hotel and found that it was probably one of the best and varied hotel breakfasts that we have had, it was good quality...

The room was small and dull. The shower temperature varied between freezing cold and scalding hot, and the towels were scratchy and thin.
There was no effort made in the little touches in the room - no complimentary water, chocolate, bathroom kit, and all that would be fine if it wasnt a 4 star hotel.
In its favour, it is clean, well maintained and well located....

I recently stayed at the Qubus Hotel in Kraków and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and check-in was quick and easy.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Vistula River.
The location is convenient, close to the Old Town and across the river from the old Jewish quarter. highly recommend it....
