I recently stayed at the Qubus Hotel in Kraków and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and check-in was quick and easy.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Vistula River.
The location is convenient, close to the Old Town and across the river from the old Jewish quarter. highly recommend it....

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and comfortable.
ROOM:
We booked a standard double room, but when we arrived they had us booked into a twin (two single bed) room! We explained that were a married couple and have booked a double, and so they changed our room and view and floor, and we were sent to a double room.
The room was adequate for what we needed, though next time Id book a river view room.

The hotel in general is really lovely. The breakfast & evening meals at the restaurant were exceptional. We loved the kids playroom- *however* there were hard, sharp bits of plastic scattered across the floor as well as broken toys with sharp plastic. Our toddler would have been quite injured had we not noticed this and cleaned up before she put anything in her mouth. Staff NEED to be checking the cleanliness and saf...

Great hotel with very kind staff. Really good facilities such as the pool and the sauna stay open late. Overall a very positive experience thanks to the staff. Very close to the Jewish quarter, tram stop and train station and only a 30 minute walk into the old. Would go again and 100% recommend it to anyone else....

great, helped me get taxi, meals inside yum, comfy clean plush place located by ammenities , 10/10 top value ! Also has atm and all staffed appropriately....
