The hotel was a half hour drive from the airport and is in a pedestrianised area, but it was a short walk from our drop off point to the hotel. Some better signage would help to identify the entrance to the hotel. Check in was easy and we were escorted to our room by a member of staff. Our room didnt have a lift to it and was up two flights of stairs, this was ok for us but may not be suitable for other people. The ...

The pictures of the website do not match the experience. Rooms are basic and cold . Not comfortable. A lot of stairs No lifts . Rude staff at reception. Lack of professionalism...

Two gentlemen on reception unwelcoming in terms of demeanour. Bags not taken up to room upon arrival. Dirty carpet in the lift. Peeling wallpaper in corridor. Huge pile of laundry strewn about the corridors on both days. Lampshade had disconcerting food stain. No English TV channels (even upon request) Only two small pillows provided, the other without pillow cover and dirty looking.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel we've stayed in. This was our first visit to Krakow and was really looking forward to it.
Upon arrival we was greeted by 2 gentleman who wasn't very greeting.
We was given room 34 and was told we'd be shown to our room by one of the gentleman. We was shown to the lift.

Location is excellent. Staff are reasonably friendly and unbothersome. Room was exactly as showed in photos. Good value, well cleaned. Breakfast is very basic, so I hardly bothered with it, but it is still relatively cheap so I can't fault it. Would recommend this hotel if you seek central location, privacy and are not bothered by night-life noise. Stay includes discounts to two resteraunts, however I tried neither. ...
