The hotel, very nice. Perfect location. Within walking distance of basically anywhere you would like to go in Krakow.
The hotel staff are all lovely, and nothing is too much trouble.
The breakfast is very nice, plenty of choice to eat.
However, if you are a larger person, say size 14 or more bring your own towels, as they are for skinny people only. Most rooms tend to face the front of the building and this is a ver...

-Staff packed us a breakfast and lunch for our excursion.
-Staff very helpful
-Breakfast was lovely
-Shower is very powerful
- Did not need to leave till noon and they kept our suitcases all day till pick up!
-perfect location in old town Krakow.
Negatives (not major)
-Unfortunately the tv did not work as per instructions but was not an issue as we had our phones if it was needed.

Superb hotel, brilliant location in the Old Town, exceptionally clean room, comfy bed, great shower, very tasty breakfast. What really makes this hotel stand out from the others we have stayed in are the staff. Booked through Jet2 this hotel was great. Perfect location for all the sights, we walked but there are trams close by. Lovely small hote., room was a good size as was the bathroom. Bed was one of the comfiest ever & we had a lovely view of the street below but minimal noise. Good air-con too. Breakfast downstairs in the "cellar" was such a lovely setting, scrambled egg made to order & plenty of choice in the buffet. ...

Came here for my 1st solo trip. The hotel is on a busy street but it didn't bother me that much. The staff are all fantastic and can't do enough to help you. The breakfast was lovely. Fresh breads, fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries. When I return to krakow, I will stay here...
