The rooms and the location are amazing. Central location, spacious rooms, and overall a lovely physical experience. The hospitality service, however, we found to be lacking. At a 5-star hotel you expect a certain degree of hospitality, for the persons working there to be engaged with helping you have an amazing stay. AMAZING HOTEL!
The location is fantastic, on the square, overlooking the Christmas markets
The Rooms [we upgraded on both occasions to a suite] are spacious and luxurious.
Breakfast is worth the extra, prosecco and nice choice of buffet hot and cold.
Staff are very helpful and will book taxis/trips if requested.
Everywhere is very clean.
We love this hotel and wouldnt stay anywhere else in Krakow :-)...

Excellent boutique hotel in a central location in the heart of Krakow's Old Town. Beautiful and clean rooms and good beds. Helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast at the Amalia restaurant was really rich and tasty. We also ate at the restaurant a few nights and the portions were delicious, generous and beautifully presented. We would love to come to this hotel again!...

The best Hotel In Krakow.
The foyer and hotel are stunning. It is like a fairy tail or Buckingham Palace. The whole hotel is stunning. Our room was like a royale suite with work desk wardrobe and coat stand. 10/10 super king-size bed there's a library outside our door.
Breakfast is like a banquet and free prosecco cocktail with out breakfast. There's a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs.

We arrived as planned everything was fine, great greeting at reception, efficient and friendly.
We had brought our daughter along with us and asked for going rooms - we got them and they were spectacular! Great entrance lobby, large lounge super bedroom and another lounge area.
Went down for dinner, very nice service and good menu.
Here for four nights, lots of history, we had beautiful weather.
