The location and the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bedroom decor might not be to everyone's taste, but you can see the photos for yourself. We arrived late on Thursday night and the 2 gentlemen at reception were very pleasant and helpful. However, we had a few incidents with other young female members of staff (Breakfast area and outside bar area) who were just extremely rude. We had two separate in...

This hotel is located just off the main square in central Krakow, within easy walking distance of the local attractions. A beautifully decorated interesting residence. The staff were very helpful and attentive....

This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in and Ive done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic. I cant praise the hotel, its location and staff enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay....
