This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in and Ive done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic. I cant praise the hotel, its location and staff enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay....

Central & Beautiful, but with a Major Sleeping Flaw

The location of this hotel is excellentperfectly central for exploring the city. The facade and common areas have truly beautiful architecture, and our room was indeed very large and bright.
However, our experience was seriously marred by a completely unacceptable issue. We had a reservation for 3 adults and the provided bed for the third adult was a very narrow, substandard rollaway.

This is beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are artfully decorate and cozy. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay there again....

Perfect location - right on the main square, lots of restaurants in the vicinity, easy access to everything.
Quirky old building- we knew that from other reviews. The room was quiet, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure in the shower. Overheated, but we find that in most hotels, and we couldnt get the room temperature down adequately. Didnt stop us sleeping well though.

The place to stay in Krakow...

Can't ask for a better location - north side of the old market square which hosts the Christmas fair. Some rooms will overlook.
Small - 14 or so rooms so not a big venue.
Our room (305) was tastefully decorated and a decent size for what we paid.
All staff interactions very positive. Nice people work here. Krakow has a large student population and you'll likely find them serving you at some point - all speak goo...
