Great hotel

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff from reception to the cleaners. Breakfast was brilliant every day, everything from porridge and pancakes to bacon and eggs, hams, bread, cheeses, coffee, teas and juices.
We were here 2 weeks, room cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. Cannot fault this hotel....

15 minute walk from central train station; 25 minute walk to Old Town. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room clean and comfortable, but not very spacious....

The Worst Experience Ever

At the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham, my friends and I stayed for three nights to attend a local convention.
Our stay was only relatively comfortable, and more serious issues arose on Sunday.
The room was nice, but the lack of a fridge in a three-star hotel is definitely felt. We could not cool our drinks, foods, or medicine.

Friendly greeting upon arrival and everything explained well, checked in nice and quick.
Room was very clean and comfortable, the bed did only have one pillow each, I would have liked to have two but I understand that is personal preference so not too big of a deal as I still slept well.
Aircon in room is a great thing as the rooms did get warm.

Just arrived back from staying at this hotel.
Check in nice and easy with the receptionists. Explained breakfast and costs if we wanted it as hadn't booked. We didn't have any whilst we were there so can't comment on any quality.
Room was a twin as sharing with brother. Rooms were nice and clean. However, the rooms are clearly set up as a double so when the beds were split, the ceiling light wasn't too far away fro...
