Hotel is very central, easy walk to get to the old town and the tram is outside takes two mins to get to Jewish quater. The room was very clean, be careful of the glass wall between toilet and shower. Staff seemed friendly.
One thing to beware of is if you book a taxi ask how much it would be. We asked for taxi to go to the airport and it was more than double the price of the Uber we got on arriving from the airport...

Stayed 4 nights in December, beautiful hotel ,decor fantastic, rooms so nice and spacious, big bathroom ,rooms so clean,didn't use the restaurant so cant comment.
However the bar although cosy and beautiful is so expensive, £28 for a spiced rum &coke and a large red wine ....too pricey ,such a shame which let the hotel down .
Great location, everything in walking distance, would definitely recommend, just not the bar...

Excellent hotel. Very well placed from station and few minutes walk to the old town area. Breakfast was good too as were the staff on reception who were super helpful. The room was comfortable too. Difficult to find any fault really....

This is the second time Ive stayed in this hotel and would highly recommend. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. We had drinks in the bar before going out and the only thing I could suggest is to open the bar earlier than 6pm as we had to have a drink in the restaurant area which was not as nice. On a Saturday people are wanting to have a drink somewhere cosy and start their holiday. However in general a great stay and...

Great location, next to a big shopping centre and close to the square which has some great bars with good food. Only complaint is the house keeping. They came in once in the four nights we were there. So no tea /coffee restocked , no toilet rolls replaced so had to go on the hunt to find some....
