Excellent hotel. Very well placed from station and few minutes walk to the old town area. Breakfast was good too as were the staff on reception who were super helpful. The room was comfortable too. Difficult to find any fault really....

This is the second time Ive stayed in this hotel and would highly recommend. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. We had drinks in the bar before going out and the only thing I could suggest is to open the bar earlier than 6pm as we had to have a drink in the restaurant area which was not as nice. On a Saturday people are wanting to have a drink somewhere cosy and start their holiday. However in general a great stay and...

Great location, next to a big shopping centre and close to the square which has some great bars with good food. Only complaint is the house keeping. They came in once in the four nights we were there. So no tea /coffee restocked , no toilet rolls replaced so had to go on the hunt to find some....

Fabulous Hotel, excellent location with all you can eat breafast and exceptional Staff.

The hotel is wihin walking distance to the centre of Krakow.
Checkin was quick and we were offered a map with the all the places noted(circled) by the Hotel Receptionist, we then went to the 3rd floor where we were in room 303. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the floor to ceuling window was lovely.
Breakfast was included and runs from 630am till 1030am on weekdays, a lityle later on the weekend....

We had a fantastic stay here recently. Smooth check in and helpful, friendly staff. Loved the plant for your room idea - to take a plant from reception to live with you in your room for the duration of your stay. We were on the second floor, overlooking the square, which was lovely. Room was very spacious with large double bed, seating area, desk, tv, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and safety deposit box.
