Fab hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a very central location. It was only 10mins to the Old Town Square but had loads of bars, restaurants and a shopping centre on its door step.
The hotel is very modern and the rooms have every amenity that you need.
The Breakfast was exceptional and really set you up for a day exploring a lovely city. I also had dinner one night and had no complaints either.
Would highly recommended this hotel...

Brilliant stay in krakow

My sister and I stayed from 3rd March to 10th march2026.This is a fantastic hotel. We couldn't find anything wrong with it.Fom day one we were shown care and respect.Staff both hotel and restaurant were 100%.The room 117 was amazing. The facilities were 100%.The restaurant food well we could of taken the chef home with us.Krakow is a clean and safe place to explore, very safe.I could go on about it. We.will be back....

Fantastic hotel.. even for a solo traveller. Right next door to old town, kazmeriez Jewish quarter, main train station. No need to use trams or taxis unless you have too.
Nice relaxing bar too ...

Fantastic 4-star hotel in a very central location literally a stones throw from the Krakow shopping mall and close to a tram stop. The hotel is very clean, modern, and offers excellent customer service. Its also within walking distance of the Main Market Square, which was really convenient.
Great selection at breakfast with plenty of choice. Uber from the airport to the hotel was very reasonable at around £15. H...

Loved this hotel's location just a few minutes walk from the action of the old town.
Clean.
Tea and coffee make facilities, but no milk provided.
King size bed, but double size quilt, so it didn't fit.
Quiet dark room.
Big bath with hand held shower for washing hair.
Right next to the shopping centre.
Would stay again....
