This wasnt the first time that I have stayed at Andels in Krakow.The hotel is nice, I like the location, and the staff is great.
This time I was shocked by how clean it was. First, the shower head was turned the wrong way and water run all over the bathroom floor.
I wiped the floor with white towels and they stayed perfectly white, even dark corners under the sink were clean.

Recommended. Great location near the shopping centre and station. Easy walk to the old town.

We visited Maverick's restaurant twice, once when we had just arrived and then for our breakfast on the final day.
The main meals were lovely, we had the risotto and the linguine. Just what we needed after an early flight. Staff were great, very welcoming and patient with us.

Our room was large, clean and well appointed. It was located right above the underpass to the old town so convenient to all the sights. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming in its quality and variety. A special commendation to Arthur who helped us out of a difficult situation at 5 am one morning...

Fab hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a very central location. It was only 10mins to the Old Town Square but had loads of bars, restaurants and a shopping centre on its door step.
The hotel is very modern and the rooms have every amenity that you need.
The Breakfast was exceptional and really set you up for a day exploring a lovely city. I also had dinner one night and had no complaints either.
Would highly recommended this hotel...
