Absolutely beautiful hotel & staff, very welcoming & kind nice clean rooms & the hotel smelt lovely! very close to the main square for the Christmas markets. Only tiny negative was the breakfast just wasn't our kind off foods cant suit everyone so only went one morning, and felt bit awkward as very small room & wasn't clear drinking station it was set up abit like a cafe like do I just help myself to the fresh drinks...

This hotel was a great find. Only 5 minute walk from the main square. Wonderful service by the staff on the front desk and reasonably priced cocktails. The room was fairly small but it had good storage and it didnt seem to be an issue for us. Beautiful old building whose owners had made the most of its architecture. Definitely recommend....

Great little cosy hotel.
10 minute walk through the park takes you to the beautiful main square with all its little streets in every direction.
Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.
Turn right out the hotel and you are at the Wawel castle and a short stroll to the Vistula River, go a bit further and you are in the Jewish quarter, a must see area of krakow,

Visited this hotel for four days last week. Location is 5 minutes from Christmas markets through a park. The other way its 5 minutes to the castle. So ideal position. Hotel itself, is very good in every way. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff members excellent. Would highly recommend....

Just checked out from this wonderful hotel. A 3 day trip to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay.
All the staff are friendly and speak perfect English, our room was perfect, very comfy bed overlooking the park. Breakfast was excellent a choice for everyone.
Its situated a few minutes walk from main square and Wawel castle just at the end of the road.
