First time in Krakow. Couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. Great location. A few minutes walk to Wawel Castle, Old Town Main Square and bars and restaurants.
Hotel rooms were very well kept with all necessary amenities. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and plentiful and also had a breakfast bag made up when we had to leave early one morning for a trip.
Nice bar area in the hotel and very friendly staff throughout....

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. Very professional and helpful. Rooms immaculate, and quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Beds comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillow, which for me, was too soft. Breakfast offered an extensive choice and was beautifully presented. Would recommend this hotel. Great location for proximity to the old square...

Our first visit to Krakow and we really chose the right hotel. Brilliant location close to the river, Castle and Cathedral and a pleasant walk to the centre of the old town. Staff were so helpful and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast and well attended bar and fresh, cold water from a dispenser. Room was very clean and bed comfortable and very quiet. Would thoroughly recommend it...

Very nice hotel,my wife and I stayed in a comfortable room on the second floor,it was very clean and we had no problems whatsoever in our little 4 night stay,breakfast was fine for what we needed and we couldnt complain.I personally loved the aroma of the hotel and found it in an ideal spot in Krakow to see everything .It was a birthday present off my lovely wife and Im so glad we came and stayed in this hotel.Very...

What a lovely hotel , perfect location close enough to be in the centre within a short walk but far away to be out of the hustle and bustle! Really clean and excellent staff who really do go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast each morning was spot on with a continental option or a cooked one made to order. Will 100% recommend to friends and family....
