Hotel and room were immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked room only but we did pay for breakfast while we were there which was also good value for money and plenty of choice. Hotel is in perfect location next to park and 5 mins walk to town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants or 30 minute walk to schindlers factory the castle is only a stones throw away would definitely stay here ag...

Excellent hotel clean well presented ,staff were friendly and could not do enough to make your stay the best experience .The hotel is in a great location .We will be back in the future and would highly recommend this hotel ....

Nice boutique hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. Front desk got us to go breakfasts because we had an early excursion very thoughtful. Close to old town and castle....

Excellent place to stay when visiting Kracow

Had a 4 night stay here.
Lovely hotel in an excellent position for exploring Kracow.
Staff were all very good - really helpful - made us very welcome.
Good breakfast - cooked items by request and a wide range of cold items.
Room very comfortable and spotless - small bathroom but adequate with everything we needed
Highly recommend - would stay again...

We stayed for four nights at the Wawel Queen and we were very impressed.
Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel and asked whether they could assist with booking trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. They arranged this very quickly and when we arrived, it meant we had the peace of mind that it was all organised including pick ups from the hotel.
