We stayed at the Wyndham Grand for 3 nights and the stay was amazing.
Staff all very professional and helped us on a number of occasions.
Like somebody else said we had a breakfast packed up for us as an early start to austswitz and there was so much food in 1 bag and we had one each.
We were in room 304 and although we didnt have a view we had a large roof window. We were not in the room much as sight seeing and i...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand. The staff were all lovely, very professional & helpful. Our room No. 203 was excellent, very spacious and nicely furnished with a sofa and fully stocked mini bar. The bathroom was lovely and large with a wonderfully large walk-in shower. Fantastic location, very central! The building is beautiful but some TLC needed. My room (suite for 3 people) was big, bathroom as well and it has an extra WC, very handy for 3 adults. The sofá bed was a bit dated and noisy but manageable. But the service OMG, so bad! Specifically housekeeping and the female service at breakfast. Reception varied a lot, no concierge though and if u have problems with the TV (just on...

Lovely hotel, central to everything.
Comfortable rooms and beds, lovely big bathroom, relaxing pool.
Nice roof top bar, friendly staff.
We did not have the breakfast at the hotel as thought it was rather expensive at £56 per couple, so each day we found lovely patisseries and cafe's for half the cost, the sun was out so we sat outside....

Excellent situation within walking distance of the square.
Hotel facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Last but not least, the staff were courteous and attentive as well as extremely pleasant.
Overall it was a great experience and I wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend it to others....
