Not the 5Star Experience I Expected

The Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town looks premium, but the stay didnt match its rating. The WiFi didnt work at all, and the bathroom had no fan, leaving it humid and uncomfortable. For a hotel claiming five stars, these basic issues were disappointing....

Fabulous hotel. Worth every star. Perfect location and feels luxurious. Breakfast is a feast, even the expertly prepared breakfast- to-go. Massage at the spa was excellent! If I had one point it's a really minor lame one- the little chocolates in the room were gorgeous and I wish they were replenished daily! Thanks to all the staff, we'll definitely be back....

6 around, excellent service, helpful and friendly Staff, 6 for cleanliness, amazing food and drink , the pool and spa area is amazing too , very relaxing,
Highly recommended for anyone , also 1 mintue walk to the old town main square....

Absolutely amazing hotel. About a 5-min walk to the main square so you can plan all your trips on foot and there is so much to see so take comfy shoes!
The hotel staff were fantastic and very friendly. Check in was easy. We requested a quiet room as the hotel was on a busy street and we go exactly that. The room had air con, a mini bar, iron/board, hairdryer, umbrella, dressing gown and slippers (if you want to ...

Check in was far too slow. Room nice and clean. Breakfast good but the quality of the coffee made by the machine was not good at all. Please order coffee from the staff, much better.
The meeting rooms and the DDR are excellent as well the lunch on the terasse....
