A amazing hotel
Exceptionally clean- rooms comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was amazing- ate in the restaurant- excellent.
All staff are very helpful.
Hotel is conveniently placed to be able to explore Krakow.
Only a few minutes walk to the footbridge over the River Vistla.
Would definitely recommend 5 stars...

Stayed here last Sunday for 3 nights. Hotel was spotless and rooms were spotless also. Staff were lovely and friendly and really helpful. Breakfast,, lunch and dinner is available if required. Food was very good and very fresh. I had the shrimp tagliatelle which was delicious and also another night the chicken burger which was made with chicken breast. Beautiful hotel, Lovely area easy walk to Jewish district. Rooms are well equiped and the breakfast is lovely. Shout out to Basia who gives exceptional service. Not only the service of breakfast making sure you are catered for but she helped us with exceptional advice about the area and trams, made our stay even more enjoyable....

Lovely Hotel, Staff are so friendly and helpful, Rooms are spotless. Great location, away from the busy area but easy walking/tram to everything. Breakfast was amazing. Buffet or order a fresh omelette. Sets you up for the day...

Hotel Xerion was amazing to stay at. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Extended our check out times by 2 hours, for free. The room was great, very close to tram stop into the old town. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you...
