Staff were excellent as we were given an extra 2 hours to use our room free of charge as we were not getting picked up until 12.30 pm and we were supposed to vacate the room by 10am (lucky as there was no storage room there to leave cases). Our room was very good , nice bed and bathroom (we had a comfort room). Breakfast good , however it looked as not many had booked breakfast. Bar nice with very good beer and wine ...

Friendly reception on arrival. Told us how to get to our room down in the atrium.on opening door first thing we noticed was carpet was badly stained all over,absolutely filthy,not a great first impression,its such a shame as everything else was great comfy bed ,fridge,safe and fabulous bathroomthere was a little tub that had a few teabags/coffees milks,but was never replenished the 4 nights we stayed..we stayed ro...

I really liked this boutique hotel. Its about 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but its a lovely flat walk. We had a large room overlooking the street which was very comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent and it was great to return to a clean and fragrant room at the end of the day. Bottles of water which were refilled each day was a bonus. We didnt have breakfast but there are some fabulous bakeries ...

Hotel was ok. Carpets need a clean. Service is very friendly and informative about local amenities and public transport. Our room did have a smell to it which mutated over 24 hours to a pungent fishy smell so we asked to change rooms and our request was granted. Complementary drinks voucher was provided at check in. Great location....

We had a room on the first floor that had a street view. It was very clean with a newly modernised bathroom. Everything was good , except for the carpet which looks old and worn (as is carpet on stairs and the hallways). You can ask for complimentary slippers to fix the issue of the dirty looking carpet.
