We went out to a tour when we came back to the hotel in the evening, all of our stuffs were stolen. We make the security manager name Walden aware of the issue and asked them to check the footage of the entrance, but they did nothing and we haven't heard back from them despite following up. We lost expensive stuffs like laptop and Gopro camera that the data on them worth a lot to us. I think it is a supper failure fo...

Robbery From our Room
I had a terrible experience at Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas. Our laptops and personal belongings were stolen from our room, leaving us feeling completely unsafe. To make matters worse, the managements response was shockingly irresponsible. The manager was dismissive, showed no concern, and didnt even bother to check in with us to address the situation or offer any assistance.

Go any where else.

No front desk to check in. You have to use a Kiosk to check in. No one to help you find your room. Wi-fi did not work. No shows the days we were there. Room was ok.Parking was ok. There were several people trying to find ther rooms and which elevator to use to find their room....

Hotel in serious need of upgrade. It just looks a little beaten up. Down in the cassino area, the air was hard to breathe duo to the amount of smoke in the air. Maybe the ventilation system was down or something but, it was pretty bad. Wont stay again until hear there was improvement....

The souvenir shops have some really good deals. The Manor is being renovated. So it looks and is priced accordingly. The West Tower is nice and very convenient if you want to be close to the the hotel restaurants and Adventure Dome. I was disappointed when I arrived with the condition of the rooms but the staff and management made sure that my family was comfortable and made our trip an absolute delight. The cake...
