Beautiful hotel. I was extremely impressed with level of cleanliness. The bathroom products were luxurious. The bath salts just added the extra level of relaxation after a long day of shopping. They even had nail clippers to top it off. The long check in lines were not great. It took a good 30 minutes to get into my room. Repeated Disappointment at Crockfords

My recent stay in January 2026 at Resorts World Crockfords was unfortunately another letdown, marked by several issues that overshadowed what should have been a pleasant getaway.

We did not know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The view of the strip was amazing. The hotel is first class elegant. Its also quiet! Theres a casino nearby, but if want the clamor and noise of a casino 24/7 this is not your place!
Service was great. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful. This is definitely now our go to Vegas hotel....

Crocksford was phenomenal. Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, lovely light breakfast and a great check in experience with Stephanie giving us wonderful information about the resort and great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. She was personable and very friendly! I would absolutely stay here again!...
