This spot is a mixed bag. If the prices for hotels skyrocket and you get lucky with this one, then thats one thing. But overall I feel like you can have a much better experience for your money than this place. The set up is like that of a motel where the hallways are all outside. Inside it does have the dishwasher and fridge. Theres no washer and dryer. Its very dark and old inside and just seemed like La Quinta l...

Its in a great location. The only problem was we thought it would be a short walk to the F1 grandstand but Las Vegas closed a lot of the streets so we had to go around....

I have no complaints about this resort. I am not a fan of Wyndham but this location does not feel like a garbage Wyndham location at all. The rooms have everything that makes long vegas stays very convenient (full kitchen,living,dining areas,etc). The location is within walking distance of the strip (or uber pickup is super easy). Fortunate to have stayed in a 1 BR unit for the 2025 F1 Race week. Close enough to the action when you want it yet a place of respite from the hub-bub when you need a break. from it.
