We had not stayed at Encore for about 8 years, and while most hotels become dated in a couple of years, Encore was still in like new condition.
We arrived about an hour after regular check-in time, so no line. Check-in was a breeze, quick, easy, and the desk staff are very polite and respectful. We asked for a quiet room, away from any night clubs. We were checked in and on our way to our room within a few m...

The Encore is our favourite hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel and rooms are beautiful.when checking out the lovely Angelina and her manager Kelly were fantastic, and provided an exceptional standard of customer service. Lovely and caring staff. Gorgeous, clean, lively casino and restaurants. Gym was sweet. I probably would not have experienced the spa without my platinum card. Intimate Encore Theater concerts conveniently located in between the hotels near Cirque du Soleil Awakenings. This place is an absolute treat! Be sure to visit during Day/Night Beach Club season. Self parking available....

Exceptional stay! Staff professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the property All the associates we encountered were eager to assist. (Alonzo in the tower suites went out his way to make our stay so memorable. He went above and beyond. The location, the room, views, the pools, spa, the fresh scent of the property , and restaurants were all fabulous!...

Theft of property from my own room. Staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Their service staff walked out of my room with my $1100.00 earrings. Security department and Chargerback are both a joke. No one has provided my property or compensation and that is absolutely unacceptable. 0/0 stars, stay anywhere else....
