Modern and Clean with a Few Caveats

The place looks very modern and clean. There was a full kitchen available to use which includes cups and utensils. The air conditioning was very responsive and was easy to adjust to our liking. The 3 elevators seem to operate very quickly despite there being 27 floors in this hotel. Disrespectful Front Desk Experience and No Attempt to Resolve Issue

I stayed at the Boulevard Hilton Grand Vacations Club over Thanksgiving and had a disappointing experience with the front desk team, especially the manager (Samatha Cordero). I was told at check-in by Raylene that I could switch my payment method using tap-to-pay by 9:30 AM on checkout day. I planned my expenses around that guidance.

I booked back-to-back weeks asked to stay in the same unit - which would have been a downgrade AND kept me in the tower which is under construction and experienced 8-10 hours of construction noise each day. I was told that because I was an RCI customer, it was impossible (a claim later debunked by the RCI reservations staff).
