Absoult worst place I have ever stay in Vegas compared to other RCI location. Old outdated and certain staff members who responded with little or no care. Was at locations during veteran's day weekend and my wife and I 32 marriage anniversary celebration. First room was on third floor in building 17 all the way in the rear. Freezing Pool
Travelled on 11/2024
We visited some friends who are members. Brought the family to enjoy the pool, big mistake. Large pool was closed and roped off. Small pool was not heated as stated. Kids jumped in and immediately jumped back out. Water temp was maybe 50-60 degrees. Tried to ask a lifeguard about it and he pretended like I wasn't speaking English to him....

The rooms were outdated, the toilet constantly ran. The concierge pressured us multiple times into signing up for a time share. At one point texting me a dozen times in a row trying to convince us to go to a meeting. It was our honeymoon. The pool and hot tub seemed to be closed for most of our stay. Resort fees were high....

I would not stay there again. The only restaurant was poolside and was not good. For a resort as large as this one small restaurant is not enough. I had never stayed at a timeshare for a week when there is no housekeeping service. Usually they come once in the middle of your stay to give clean towels and empty trash. I called for clean towels that never came. I also called 2 times for a hairdryer. The trash was overf...

Staff - The staff is rude, apathetic and has no knowledge of the property.
Cleanliness - The areas around the hotel are not kept clean, (there was a diaper among other trash laying in the landscaping around the pool. The room had food left in the cupboards and debris on the walls.
