Our first time at the Hilton Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas for our 7-night stay. We were pleased with the two-bedroom suite, everything was clean and in good working order. Only stay here if you don't intend to use the pool or care about a clean room with a comfortable bed

They were able to get us a room early. I told them I was willing to wait for a nicer room. They said they don't honor Hilton status. I got my keys. Another staff came behind me and escorted me to the concierge for a welcome gift. Historically, that's 2 bottles of water. They asked for my ID. Come to find out, they were taking down my info FOR A TIMESHARE. NO THANK YOU! Aggressive!

Problems with this resort.
1. In my room the bathtub filled up with water and took a long time to drain and even after someone came and said they fixed it, it still drained slowly.
2. Some of the carpets in the hall ways were old and looked dirty.
