The very large heated pool with slides is amazing for swimmers or families. There were multiple small hot tubs. The units that face the pool have great views, but those that face outward see empty lots or a low rise resort next door. Our unit was a spacious 1 BR in Building 4. That building had been renovated. We were surprised to have 2 bathrooms in this 1 BR unit. The kitchen was small but adequate. The location is...

Expected more from a Hilton brand, but very disappointed at start of stay with rude staff at check-in counter and poor customer service and no housekeeping when requested, glad we don't own HVC!...

The resort is very well laid out. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, and have a smaller kitchen so that you do not have to eat out all the time if you do not want to. The only annoying thing is that they do not allow outside food or drink in the pool area, which is obviously not very conducive for families with kids to enjoy a relative inexpensive day at the pool....

Enjoyed our stay at Cancun Hilton. It was a nice clean, comfortable hotel. Staff was very competent, friendly and cordial. Amenities were. very nice. Pools and water slide were a hit. Good food at Caribe had us enjoy breakfast most mornings. Room furnishing a bit out dated but clean....
