We stayed in a resort king room on 11th floor. I was a bit nervous since some of the more recent reviews were not great but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean. Seemed well maintained. No complaints. We have never stayed on that end of the strip but it was very enjoyable. We loved the casino since it wasnt nearly as crowded as hotels further up the strip. We have stayed at Mandalay Bay many years ago. Beautiful hotel. However, this trip we found many staff unfriendly and unhelpful, from the taxi stand to front desk, and the lack of concierge services left no one to ask for help or directions.
Our room (4119) had an annoying waxing/waning hum the entire time. $16 to buy a coffee kit for in-room coffee!!! Is that the new hotel standard is Las Vegas? Weve traveled a l...

Poor reception and downhill from there. No good vibe at all and not worth the visit. Booked a king room only to be told they didnt have one and offered a double. When I questioned that a manager was called in and magically a king room was found. Very poor customer service and being a travel advisor I will never recommend this hotel to clients

The self serve kiosk check in enabled us to skip the line. Being a product of public schools, I was too stupid to work it properly and directions were lacking. Something that became a theme to our trip. Fortunately some folks with previous experience saw the struggle and helped. Room was nice. Elevators fast, great water pressure. Hate the snack and refrigerator scam....

Completely a nickel and dime operation. Dont even give you free pods for the coffee machine in your room. So unpleasant...
