Stay elsewhere for big events at Allegiant.

Do not go to the Mandalay Bay for big events at Allegiant Stadium. They do not have the staff to handle large crowds. We gave them 5 hours and our room still wasn't ready. You will face long lines, disappointment and won't be compensated for them downgrading your room....

Issues and overpriced.

Check in was crazy. They say check in on your phone and your Key will be ready. That was incorrect. We arrived @ 5:45 and our room was suppose to be ready at 3:30. They stated we will have to wait as our room type was not available yet. They needed to be cleaned. No we can move you up a level so we can get you in your room after traveling. The just happened to find on a couple min later.

The room is not clean, there was a bay dipper in the room and it smells, it never get removed until I put it outside myself.
The glass cup in the washroom was not clean.
There is no complimentary water.
The fridge in the room is full and there is no room to put my own food....

Loved the Room in Mandalay Bay, the 2 bedroom suite with views of the Pool area and the Allegiant Stadium was the highlight of our stay.
The pool was set at the perfect temperature for the winter. Kids loved every bit of the stay, money well spent....

Chlorine water in showers and water tanks

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They use chlorine water in showers and freaking tanks with drinking water. I'm allergic to chlorine so for me the stay was absolutely horrible.
This is a minor issue compared to above but of course the check-in experience was awful. The room was not ready on time even so I had to go 2 times to the counters on top of check in on mobile. Also the staff was not friendly a...
