Room was clean and relaxing. Bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows had too high of a loft. Spa was exceptional and the massage was the best I have ever had....

We splurged for the VIP service and were glad we did. Made the trip to and from the airport easy and less stressful than regular travel. The VIP lounge was nice for water and coffee-they even had oat milk. There were snacks but being a diabetic I couldn't partake. They looked good though! The king room was large and comfortable. Nice large tub and shower. One thing we noticed was the smell of flowers as you walk into...

If you want to be nickle and dimed for everything this is the place to stay.
- Can't even use the hotel refrigerator without being charged!!! $60/day
this hotel is pretty far away from most things, stay more central next time...

Not worth the cost

Booked a king room, but during check-in told it would be an additional $30 a night. Water pressure in shower is terrible and water temp is either way too hot or cold. Better hotels on the strip at a cheaper price....
