The hotel is superb, very boutique brand and the bedrooms were exceptional. The housekeepers kept the bedrooms each and every day to a very high quality. We stayed from 3rd to 11th February 2026, and would definately recommend the hotel. Massive thanks to Casey who displayed the most fantastic customer service experience. We have been to Las Vegas six times, and this is the best hotel to stay in....

Disastrous Experience at Nobu: Overpriced, Overbooked, and Unapologetic

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nobu in Las Vegas that I feel compelled to share.
Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that our room had been given away, and we were relocated to Caesars Palace instead. We had paid a premium to stay at Nobu, expecting a unique experience, so this was incredibly frustrating. The staff at Caesars was unhelpful and repeatedly insisted that Nobu was not affil...

Customer service is amazing. We have been visiting Nobu frequently this past year and when we check in Gizelle is always amazing, courteous, and friendly. She always goes out of her way to see how we are doing and if we need anything....
