We had a 2 queen room . The room was huge with so much space and it was spotless . The beds were really comfy and we had our own fridge . This hotel has everything on hand - so many restaurants and bars and reasonably priced . We would definitely return . Excellent location ....

A disappointment...

Our experience started our rough which lead to a series of discovering various disappointments. Not being a high enough elite meant there was little we could do.
We arrived around 230 and figured a room might not be ready given official checkin was 3. We did all the checkin stuff, less getting a room, and were told we'd get a text once a room was ready. Fast forward to after 4-430, and no text. Others in our group ...

TERRIBLE CHECK-IN PROCESS

First time staying at NYNY. Chose to do bookends in Vegas on the front and back of a trip to Hawaii. On both ends we had to wait for our room when arriving around 10:00 pm. This was with already having reservations. We were told our room wasnt ready. On the front end, they gave us a different room, 2 queens instead of the king we booked. On the back end, we waited an hour with our luggage in the lobby. Finall...

Older Hotel. However the staff is good. Rooms are clean. Assorted places to eat, with out leaving the hotel.
Easy to get to other areas on the stripe....

WE have been travelling from Ireland almost every year to Vegas for almost 30 yrs & this was without a doubt the worst room we have ever been given in all the hotels we have stayed in & that includes imploded ones!!
