Enjoyed our short stay.
Great room, hotel offers so many varied and good dining options, great entertainment and of course wonderful casino area.
I would definitely stay there again.
Elevators were quick. Membership rewards area was very courteous....

Check in and out was a breeze. We stayed in a 'Stay Well' room and it was fantastic. All the staff were wonderful. We ate at Tom's and Lalanoodle and the food was subpar. Would definitely stay here again and eat elsewhere. The hotel is very well designed and the tram to the Bellagio is just across the street at ParkMGM...

It was a fun place to stay. A group of us couples went and didnt have any issues. Within walking distance to just about everything. High floors overlooking the city. Nice staff, great food, good place to gamble, very nice rooms and hotel to meet all needs....

Downgrade

Downgraded room with no notice after I checked in and while in flight. I did not notice this until I was in my room and the front desk could see I was downgraded but no reason was given. I had a Marquis suite and needed it for my bad back as I was solo but was given a regular soho room....

I stayed at this hotel for one week while attending a conference. The hotel has a tendency to fully automate many of the processes, which would be fine if they would be working as expected.
After failing to do the automatic checkin at one of the terminals, I walked to the checkin counter. There it took forever to get me my keycard, because the type of room I booked was not available, and they had to figure out what...
