I stayed at Park MGM during a recent trip to Las Vegas and unfortunately the stay ended on a very disappointing note due to an interaction with the front desk.
I booked the stay through Marriott Bonvoy. However, when arriving at the hotel I was required to create an MGM account and check in through MGMs system instead of Marriotts. While that was manageable, it created confusion about which benefits actually appli...

I came with my family for my daughters tournament,since Friday 13, placed 3 request to clean the dusty from the restroom ventilator
Because I am allergic to dusty , it is Today and nothing is as done
Including house keeping definitely not coming back...

Location - absolutely perfect for seeing the NKOTB Vegas residency concert.
this was highly recommended to me. the only disappointed is that I heard they do something for someone on their birthday I received absolutely nothing from the staff even just a little note and being from Sydney all the hotels do something special for someone on their birthday.
1 other slight downhill was they had a massive leakage in the pip...

I wasnt sure I was going to like Park MGM as they have few of the video poker machines I like to play, but the smoke free environment, comfortable suite, and delicious Primrose breakfast won me over. Ill stay again....
