We always love staying at The Park MGM in Las Vegas! I especially love the smoke free environment in the entire casino and hotel!!! Very comfortable rooms, great restaurants (especially Primrose and Babettes Steakhouse), and friendly staff!!! Great selection of video poker in the casino....

I expected better

Paper thin room walls. No closet space. No drawers to put clothes in.
Had to wait in long check in line twice, one to register and again to get keys when room was finally available.
The only bright spot wasthe dinning options. Great food and service, unlike the hotel....

Good smoke free option

This is on the edge of the strip but love that the casino is smoke free. Rooms are good but definitely feel a bit dated compared to other properties, Dining options are pretty good, especially Eatlaly!!! Overall a good value on the Strip and part of the MGM family of casinos....

No Coffee

Room was good but no coffee pot or refrigerator. I've never stayed in a hotel without coffee available. I wake up very early and would like to have coffe available. Apparently, you can get a refrigerator sent to the room but would be nice to have it already....

$18 for a small bottle of water

Hotel charged 18$ for a small
330ml bottle of water without it being advertised. Also entire outside area and pool was closed- which wasnt notified on the website before booking. Hotel itself nice and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful....
