Overall stay was great. Just beware of people trying to scam you for tips on the gaming floor. Great atmosphere and great connection to Miracle Mile for shopping and food options....

Terrible experience at their sports book! Their manager kicked a group of us out for standing while we watched the end of the Bills vs Broncos game. What sports book/bar doesnt allow customer to stand and watch???...

9 AM Cutoff

Returning to my room on early Saturday evening and the room was not made was very unpleasant. Followed by being told by multiple employees that the room was not cleaned as a result because I had the do not disturb sign on my room door at 9 AM, this was the most ridiculous statement I have heard from a resort. The location was great, centrally located in the action on the strip which made it easy to catch the bus, cab, walk, etc. Was a clean hotel with friendly staff. Cabo Wabo located right out front, enter through the Miracle Mile, had patio seating right along the strip which provided great entertainment while we ate and drank. Great food outlets, clean and spacious rooms, best cocktail servers in Vegas! The only issue I have with Planet Hollywood is that they need to do away with all 6 to 5 Blackjack tables....
