Great location and nice hotel. The only issue we had was if your room is within 150 feet of the elevator, it sounds likes you are in the control room. And in Vegas, it runs all night long. Good restaurants to choose from and friendly staff. Hate hands free checkin but that's everywhere...

The sheets were rough, the lighting was terrible and only one mirror was in the bathroom. Shanias concert was 45 minutes late with no explanation and truly a terrible experience. She lacks stage presence and the production of the show was trash. I planned my vacation around the concert and it was the biggest disappointment. The hotel itself is a complete maze and its difficult to navigate from the parking structur...

Planet Hollywood is just a hotel on the Las Vegas strip. We liked the shopping center that surrounds Planet Hollywood, and we thought the casino was nice and modern walking through it. But the room? Well, it was just OK. The main area was very spacious, with a somewhat decent view of the Sphere in the background. The bathroom, though, well it was big, but not well maintained. My wife and I reserved a king size bed at Planet Hollywood. We drove 4.5 hours from Los Angeles. When we got to Planet Hollywood, miraculously, no king beds were available. We were told that our reservation was just a request, and beds were actually first come first served. We spoke with Robert at the desk. Robert told us that there was nothing he could do. Worst Check-in - Room Switched

This review is entirely for the check in process. I clearly reserved a Ultra Hip King room. When we arrived, at check in, we were given a 2 queen room.
