Rooms topnotch with great view (if you get lucky as a HGV member), worse Starbucks food and drinks in the Elara, casino doesn't payout much for what you put in BUT you have everything you need in one place in the Elara...

Elevator situation is absolutely horrible. Do not try to leave your room anytime between 11 AM and 1 PM because youll be waiting at least 20 minutes for an elevator, especially if youre on a lower floor. Only half of the elevators work and every single one is packed full. If you are a Caesars reward member, their diamond/7 star line is almost never open so they dont care about your status. The bad: Better signage is needed from the parking lot to the rooms. The first two days we spent a lot of time wandering around looking for the correct paths to take, only to then find half of the elevators not operating. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. Room not there after check in time, and hotel doesnt care

Arrived at 5PM and room not ready, only became ready at 8:30PM. Upon check in - no apologies, nothing. Manager made it sound like as if I was at fault for not being happy that they have a room for me....

The hotel boasts as the rooms being smoke free; however our was smoky. We will choose another resort when we return to Vegas....
