The staff, location and the midrange restaurants are great. The resort is suffering from lack of maintenance. The power goes out, elevators went down and water was shut off. The casino is filthy and the machines are old AF, the VP machines are so old the buttons stick and some dont work at all. Needs a serious glow up....

I would highly recommend staying at the Planet Hollywood if you are bringing kids or other party members that can't or don't want to stay on the game floors. The attached shopping center and restaurants allow them to explore and hang out without having to venture out onto the strip. The casino floor is nice if not a little basic. Great hotel

We stayed in planet Hollywood for five nights and had a brilliant time. Bit wary going because of some poor reviews but we found room and casino excellent and plenty of food options, loved the views of the fountains from the room,
Only downside was when we had issue with missing phone reception was
very unhelpful but met security guard who couldn't do enough to help

The close proximity to alot of restaurants and other casinos was grear, we hade a great time, the Uber pickup & drop off was convenient and easy to find, my only complaint was the first day we stayed, after I took a bath in the large tub & drained the tub the water started backing up into the shower, if I wouldnt of closed the drain I think it would of flooded the whole bathroom, I did call maintenance and they resol...

Fire trap.

Aside from the heavy smoke, we experienced a power outage and had to take the fire stairs from the 15th floor. There were NO LIGHTS in the stairwell. None. No emergency lights.
At the ground floor level, the hallway was a literal homeless encampment with urine and feces. Campfires....
