Yes, this hotel is older; 100% knew that. What was not acceptable was the filth and lack of cleanliness. The rooms lack good lighting and are dark, including bathrooms. The surfaces were dirty- including spilled coffee under the glass on the nightstand -lamp shades were dirty with a crusty substance, and a press on nail and other things found on the carpet. Very basic and dated rooms in the main tower. Fairly thin walls/doors. Not impressed but got the job done. Would try somewhere else next time likely....

Rooms are terrible, toilet backed up, blow dryer broken outlets broken, would compare the room to a motel 6 . Definitely over priced and over rated! Nothing is luxury about the rooms and front desk forgets to tell you its a 24 hour request for room service . Had to empty my own trash and no face towels in my room bc they ran out...

Fun area to walk around! Hotel felt very safe. Fun atmosphere. The room was cozy, quiet, and clean. Couldnt beat the low price! We had great service throughout the hotel as well as everything we could have asked for in the hotel....

Great time after rough attitude check in

Check was a little bumpy as you have a person working front desk you should not. She was not very helpful, seemed bothered by questions, wanted to hurry up process, pushed off answering anything due to us being a third party booking. Never did get the rewards thing working so that process was a little off.
The rest of the stay was good, great hash house and bar out front, nice and quiet in North tower....
