The Cosmopolitan ripped me off charging $1200 to my card that I did NOT approve instead of charging the card the room was booked on. Now I have to go deal with my bank and employer. Why is their mistake my problem to fix???? Don't trust them with your credit card. Go somewhere else!...

One of my new favorite Vegas spots on the strip. We generally stay at the Waldorf on the strip (still a top favorite) but had visited the Cosmo many times before. After electing to stay there this time around - we were not disappointed! I recently stayed at the The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for four days. I paid for my room and checked in during the daytime.
Later that evening, I went up to a bar on what I believe was the second floor. Unfortunately, the experience I had there was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had in my life.
