Just arrived at the Cosmo!
Terrible check in as nothing was explained to us. Took us 20 minutes with all of our luggages to find our tower and then room. Nobody offered to assist.
We asked for a quiet fountain view room and the guy at check in said were staying too many days to be able to get that (we paid for a wraparound terrace suite).
The room smells like cigarette smoke. The AC makes a very loud noise so ...

I do not recommend staying here. This once luxurious hotel is now run down and way overpriced. I booked 2 junior suites for a long weekend and had a terrible experience. One of the rooms had multiple issues: the hot water in the shower would not regulate, so the water was scalding, the cold water on one of the sinks would not turn on, the AC was not working properly (set the thermostat to 62 when we arrived and th...

The rooms are dirty and stained. Only thing worse was the customer service. I asked for a robe and they sent one with holes! called front desk and supervisor was less than helpful. They changed my room and now i overlook the highway. Looking for another place now this place is awful. Will not be back - entire office group leaving....

The views are spectacular as is the hotel. This was my first trip to the Cosmo since it joined the MGM family and I was really impressed with the luxury and service. I would recommend it if you like great views or just being wowed.
