There was no room service the entire time we were at the hotel, we had to call every day to beg for someone to come, and were told room service would need to be requested daily, still they only showed up twice.
The line up for the front desk is always at least 15 min, theres a concierge desk with no line up, but ever being time I went to that desk I was told they couldnt help me and I had to wait in the front des...

Clean, modern rooms with a super fun pool that's heated through winter. Keep in mind that the pool closes at 4pm in November. Love the location near the center of the strip....

We checked into The Cosmopolitan expecting good service, but instead got one of the most careless check-in experiences ever. They put us in room 2597 on the 25th floor, which has a terrible view, so we went back to the front desk to ask for help.
I kindly asked the receptionist to check if any other rooms were available or if we could upgrade to a One Bedroom. I specifically said I was willing to pay extra. She didn...

Meh. Overall experience sums it up. We were there for the F1 weekend. Paid a ton of money for a very average room at best. The balcony with view of the strip and race were the highlight of the stay there. Checkin took 2 hours. The hotel restaurant offerings were adequate but not stellar. Realize it was race weekend but blackjack opening bid tables were $50 per hand. We tried the Momofuko and it was decent. Different...

My wife and I went to Cosmopolitan for our wedding anniversary. Everything was world class and I must give a huge shout to Officer McIntosh. She seriously knows the understanding of customer service and did an amazing job helping me....
