Absolutely love this hotel. Will stay here in the future. The entire hotel and casino were smoke free. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing and they even allow you to bring your dog. Best hotel in Vegas!!...

I arrived around noon and was informed that my room was not ready. I was told I had been upgraded to a suite and would receive a text once it became available. I paid the security deposit at that time.
After receiving the message later in the day, I followed the instructions to self check-in, as the front desk line was very long with insufficient staff. However, the room key did not work, and I had to go up and down...

Great place. totally non-smoking. Great staff. Rooms well decorated. housekeeping top notch. Bavettes Steak house excellent ....

The check in process could use improving but its a lovely and well maintained property in a great location. The standard room is small, though, with limited storage for clothing. The big plus is Park MGM is a no smoking property....

We stayed in the Grand Suite, It is very comfortable and quiet. The beds are so comfortable I hate getting out of it.I love the big soaking tub. I suggest bringing your own hair products however....
