Always nice to visit Vegas and not be overwhelmed by all the people. The Reserve at P ark MGM is the perfect spot to stay and still have access to all Vegas has to offer without the crowd.
It's a hotel within a hotel so you have your own entrance, elevators and that makes a huge difference. The staff, decor, and vibe is top notch and the service is outstanding.

This hotel is very awkwardly set up. There are difficulties and trying to find areas in the hotel. It is set up almost like an octopus. The staff at the front desk is very nice particularly the ones that work at night time we had significant issues with our airline, losing our luggage. Absolutely love this hotel. Will stay here in the future. The entire hotel and casino were smoke free. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing and they even allow you to bring your dog. Best hotel in Vegas!!...

I arrived around noon and was informed that my room was not ready. I was told I had been upgraded to a suite and would receive a text once it became available. I paid the security deposit at that time.
After receiving the message later in the day, I followed the instructions to self check-in, as the front desk line was very long with insufficient staff. However, the room key did not work, and I had to go up and down...
