Very friendly atmosphere, we stayed at the 35th floor, very beautiful view, the jacuzzi was relaxing, I highly recommend....

Terrible service, dated hotel with questionable cleanliness standards

The service here is horrendous. As we checked in, we were repeatedly assured that our bags would follow us to our room. She also wouldn't make change for us because she said she didn't know how. We waited over 30 minutes for our bag in our room, only to be told we were supposed to call and ask for our bags.

We had a terrific corner room on the 23rd floor. It was updated and fabulous. We would give the room, service and staff a 10. Definitely would stay there again. Loved every room was non smoking....

Great hotel with security and safety. Ease of walking to other area attrations was convienent and all inside. Room was super nice and relaxing with a great view of the strip and sphere....

Nice rooms with beautiful bathrooms, nice decor and nice views. The mattress was old, hopefully they replace it soon. The pools are nice. The staff is friendly....
