A forgettable chain hotel that does its job

Although the grounds and communal areas look great the rooms look their age (I'd say at least a decade old). It's not a bad hotel but it is one that has no soul. Although the check in staff was lovely they actually have no power to help you in anyway as they need to get sign off from an elusive manager who is not on the ground for the smallest thing.

The W at the Mandalay was a little bit of a walk from the registration desk, but the room was so nice, roomy and clean. I love the tub, it was so relaxing. The next time I go, I am staying at the W again....

We enjoyed our stay at W Las Vegas! Our suite was spacious and comfortable. It was also within walking range of our conference at Mandalay Bay. We've never had a bad experience at MGM resorts, and W Las Vegas was no exception. I'm sure we will return....

Hotel was smokefree and quiet, which is hard to find in Las Vegas. The room/suite was very spacious which allowed for separation of work and sleep. A small little nook next to the Mandalay Bay and very close to all the shows and conference area....

This was our first time at the W Las Vegas. We stayed in a W Premier Two Queen Suite. The suite was huge and had a pretty and modern décor. We loved having a separate living room and bedroom. It also included a wet bar plus two bathrooms. One was a full bath off the master and the other was a half bath with sink and toilet close to the front door.
