Rolando Bertucci is an excellent bartender makes you free welcome just a joy to be around stays very busy but make time to make you feel welcome.I feel is a great asset to Westgate....

Thanks to the peaceful lounge, we were able to wind down after a full day of training.

This time, we had the chance to spend some time in the lounge and enjoy the breakfast coffee experience. The coffee was good and always available. We would love to see more protein options added to the breakfast menu. While we do enjoy Dr Pepper, it was not available during our visit.
We would also love to see happy hour offered daily from 5:007:00 PM, rather than only on weekends.

Friendly staff at Westgate Club Level

We spent sometime in the Westgate Club. The two inhouse greeters, Antonia and Martha were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Nice food spread....

The atmosphere was welcoming. The greeters Alondra and Aida are very friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and easy to talk to....
