Very nice boutique hotel in very good location in Alecrim street in Lisbon. Absolutely perfect personal attitude to every guest of the hotel from the owners and staff - with nice sence of humor, deep skills in historical, cultural and gastronimical heritage of Portugal. I really have to do an honest review of this Hotel.
I'd love to say it was perfect, but.....
Positives, the staff are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly
The breakfast was first class
The location is excellent
We used the taxi which was arranged by the hotel & again, excellent.
The not so positives........

We stayed here in Room #1 for several
nights in September 2025. It is one of the
largest rooms and as it faces the stree, it has lots of natural light.
Unfortunately the street noise went on at all hours so you have to shut the windows at night.
The side of the main reception desk is maybe 6 feet away from the front door of the room. So there was some noise from conversations occurring at the front desk. And conv...

Great location with excellent friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay in Alecrim ao Chiado. The location is excellent. Walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions, close to many bars and restaurants, 5 minute walk to metro, train station or the water.
The stars of the hotel are Gonçalo and Sameer. Both gentlemen were excellent hosts; providing a warm welcome, recommending restaurants and places to visit and warmly interacting whenever our paths crosse...
