Amazing boutique hotel in Lisbon in a quiet area between the city centre and the ocean

I returned to this hotel after my last visit which was over 20 years ago. I returned for the service that I have experienced back then and for all the small details you are looking for when you choose a boutique hotel. And we were not disappointed. We have traveled to Lisbon many times. This was the first time staying at As Janelas Verdes. From the moment we checked in we knew it was the perfect choice. The location was perfect, a short walk to the waterfront or central Lisbon. The hotel has "charming" on display in every public room and our guest room. We spent a week in this beautiful boutique hotel and would have happily stayed much longer! A wonderful breakfast was included and was served in the beautiful patio garden when the weather was good. They surprised us with a room upgrade at no extra cost. Everything was clean and beautiful. The staff at the front desk were happy to help with recommendations and reservations....
