Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff - very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Theres a lovely library on the top floor with a big balcony overlooking the river. This has an honesty bar, and rooms have complimentary port....

As Janelas Verdes Inn was one of the two major highlights of out trip to Lisbon (the other being the Palace de Pena in Sintra). The room, staff, service, common rooms and included breakfast were all exceptional. The only real drawback was the location - it was 30 minutes walk to downtown or a $6-8 taxi/Bolt ride. An Exceptional Boutique Experience in Lisbon

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Janelas Verdes in Lisbon. The service was excellent, with food available throughout the day and consistently of high quality. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is spotless, well maintained, and has the charm of a true boutique hotel. A perfect place to stay in Lisbon highly recommended....

A lovely boutique hotel in Lisbon with exceptional staff. Our room was extremely comfortable and the included breakfast was also very good. There is also parking onsite at the back of the hotel which you pay extra for which is very handy. The lounge area on the top floor was a lovely place to relax with a nice view....

Unique Hotel of high standard

The hotel is in one of the tourist areas of Lisbon with plenty of restaurants and small traditional craft shops in the vicinity. The staff were courteous and helpful in demonstrating on maps directions to locations of interest to us around the city.
