stayed at HF Fenix Music Hotel Lisbon in early November during the Web Summit, travelling on business. Unfortunately, I arrived one day later than planned due to illness. My companys travel agency confirmed with the hotel in advance that my prepaid reservation (for four nights) would remain valid and that I could check in on the second day.

STAFF ARE THIEVES!!! STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!
Stayed at Hotel Fénix Music (Oct 2931) and would never recommend it. My girlfriend gifted me a Tom Ford cologne set for my birthday, and the travel-size bottle was stolen from our room. Perfect for what I needed

Very affordable but still really well-designed and comfortable hotel. The music theme was cool and the room was very modern. The only downside was that using the shower usually leaked into the toilet stall because of the design. But other than that minor issue, it was perfect for a quick trip to Lisbon. It is walkable to the main tourist area but its a bit of a walk....

Company needs to review their payment system

Booking was confirmed then card declined by the property - we made bookings in other parts of Portugal on the same day and card was accepted and have checked card was fine. Judging by other reviews it's clearly an issue with this company so they have lost business - disappointing as it looked nice - but there are plenty of others to choose from .....

Horrible Experience

This hotel is horrible. The A/C was non existent in the room and they refuse to move us to another room. They suggested we purchase another room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone....
