What a gem I found in this little boutique hotel in Lisbon! I chose this hotel mainly for its location near the pickup point for day tours, but it was so much more. Every staff member was amazing and nice, the young girl at check-in, I'm sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and helpful, even trying to help me get my phone to work. An excellent hotel we found through the British Airways website. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were a generous size with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast was included in the deal and we enjoyed the complimentary port in the evenings....

A lovely place to stay.
Staff friendly, hotel clean and well appointed.
We stayed on the top floor with lovely large opening doors.
Location was spot on, short walk to the station and main strip.
Complimentary Porto in the room and waters in the mini bar.

Gem of a hotel in the centre of Lisbon

I don't normally give 5/5 and am always a little suspicious of 5-ratings. But in this case a 5 is deserved.
Location is great as a base for exploring, close to Rail, Metro, buses, sightseeing tours, taxis and tuk-tuks. Also close to a lot of restaurants but we struggled with those as all very touristy.
Back to the hotel... our experience started with a very friendly and professional welcome. That theme continued...

An absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here with my daughter for a City break and it was in a great location for our Lisbon trip. The room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety and choice of continental options and a choice of hot food. The complimentary cakes and drink throughout the day is a lovely idea.
