A lovely and artsy place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a constant supply of sherry in room and lobby. Great convenient location. Room was nice, clean. Of course wished it could have been larger, but this is a remodel of a very old building so rooms are expected to be a bit smaller than hoped for. Nice small pool and small gym on level -1. I would stay again and reccomend this to anyone....

We travelled to Lisbon to embark on a cruise. We chose Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel because it was located about midway between the airport and the cruise port. The location was indeed excellent, but everything else about the hotel was even better. Staying in this hotel topped off a fabulous weekend in Lisbon. Everything about his hotel is designed to make the guests stay the best possible experience. Lovely clean rooms with toiletries included (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, body lotion - there was no conditioner, but it was supplied when I asked). My wife and I stayed in room 12 on the 21st of November. The room was spotless, Air conditioning was good. Free water, Port wine. The room was large with twin beds as requested, very comfortable and quiet.The breakfast was very good with selection of both hot and cold choices.
