Lovely hotel, close to shops, bus stop and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. The plus to our stay was the sauna and the pool game....

Good location, and pleasant staff. But rooms with transparent shower stalls located next to bed, and carpet throughout (including bathing toilet areas) made this an unpleasant hotel experience....

Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted with a very appealing aesthetic. The hotel offers a spa, game room, and complimentary coffee for guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the lighting setup may not be ideal. The controls operate multiple lights simultaneously, except for the bedside lamp which can be used independently. Our room exceeded all expectations with a separate living area, humongous shower and extra half bath. The buffet breakfast was ample and tasty. But the truly remarkable aspect of the hospitality at the hotel was the warm, gracious and helpful desk and door staff. All of the desk staff were eager direction givers and sightseeing advisors. Room was spacious and very clean, the location was great, breakfast was as good as you'll find in a four-star hotel and the spa is a very nice addition. Will certainly stay here again next time we're back in Lisbon....
