Great Hotel in Lisbon

We had an excellent stay here. The location is outstanding, with a fine restaurant on the ground floor. But most of all, the front desk staff were amazing, each and every one. So nice and helpful. They will make great suggestions, make reservations, etc, and always spot-on. Great place to stray in Lisbon!...

This hotel was in a absolutely perfect location for seeing this amazing city. Literally around the corner from Rossio metro station.
Reception staff were so helpful, friendly and accomodating - nothing was too much trouble.

Great location in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Fun unique decor on each floor. Very big room compared to other European ones. Mini fridge in room. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast was included. Tropical juices also available at the breakfast buffet. Room was kept spotless by the housekeeper....

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Welcome drink and early check in allowed which was great. Decoration is very modern, it makes a difference. Nespresso in the room (no sugar, milk however). We were not annoyed by city noise at all. Now the bad staff.. Mattress needed replacement. Minor details that show the hotel is in decline: dirty plug sockets and switches. Bathroom needed extreme renov...

Things I love about this hotel:
1. Location - million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking
2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive.
