As the heating did not work in our first room (very cold and damp, smelled like mold... was probably not heated for a long time) we changed room after the first night. Second room was OK, but the heating system kept switching off or cooling instead of heating throughout our stay.
Yes, things like that can happen, but could be handled better. Some personal service to show that someone cares would have been nice.

The reservation team was great and very responsive, hotel stuff was also very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional. The only downside was that noise from nearby traffic could occasionally be heard....

A great hotel , the only thing is thats it a little out of the centre. It is very accessible by metro and if that doesnt bother you, you should satay here. We stayed in a diplomatic suite , the room was lovely , huge and sparkling clean ! The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. They were also great for local recommendations. Poor for value

Location isnt great, but its close to the metro, grocery stores and cafés.
Front desk are helpful.
The hotel is poor-value for the price and feels cheap.
I paid around 12k for a week, and when I asked for an iron, they gave me an old, dry, low-quality & I even had to sign a paper to borrow it.
The soap quality is bad; my skin got dry and itchy after first use&they dont provide any lotion or cream.
