I had a nice vacation in this hotel, the room was big and good and without noise, breakfast and dinner also good, the bar on rooftop is very nice with swimming pool and city panorama....

This is a very comfortable and friendly hotel, well located for the Metro system. Our trip was not going to plan, after industrial action at Lisbon Airport meant that our checked luggage had disappeared, but the staff at the hotel appreciated our predicament and could not have been more helpful in helping us cope. We had a breakfast and an evening meal at the hotel during our stay, and the quality of both was excelle...

Really enjoyed are stay at Jupiter , the rooms are large and very clean. staff is friendly and the location is great very walkable to everything and safe area...

Not as luxurious as the pictures make you believe

As the heating did not work in our first room (very cold and damp, smelled like mold... was probably not heated for a long time) we changed room after the first night. Second room was OK, but the heating system kept switching off or cooling instead of heating throughout our stay.
Yes, things like that can happen, but could be handled better. Some personal service to show that someone cares would have been nice.

The reservation team was great and very responsive, hotel stuff was also very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional. The only downside was that noise from nearby traffic could occasionally be heard....
