Happen to book this hotel for our stay in Lisbon without knowing what to expect because it was part of a flight/hotel package. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of options including hot and cold items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideal Hotel with Amazing Amenities!

I was simply awed by the incredible onsite spa! I had the best massage of my life from Aurica! She worked on clearing lymph nodes, especially in my legs from sitting on a long flight. Watch your footing in damp areas, as common sense would demand. Do not hesitate to book your massage with Aurica! I would fly back to Portugal just to get another massage from Aurica!...

Went with family and friends, fantastic service and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and so was the rooftop bar and terrace with the added bonus of a swimming pool....

Serious Injury Due to Unsafe Bathroom Design

I stayed at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel - Rooftop & Spa and unfortunately had a very serious accident during my stay.
The shower area is only partially enclosed, and water easily spills outside the shower booth. In my case, the water extended beyond the bathroom and into the hallway area (I had not closed the bathroom door). Location is good if you want to explore around, close to major stations and the airport. For Lisbon itself, it is not so close to the tourism central areas. A quiet and safe neighbourhood, with some good restaurants around, nice for solo travellers. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would be nice to have longer rooftop bar opening time....
