Completely Misleading , Rude Staff, No Management, and Poor Conditions

I honestly dont understand how this hotel has the ratings it does. My experience was the complete opposite.
At check-in, Fabio Almeida at the front desk told me I had to pay an extra 120 for my 8-year-old child, even though the room I booked clearly stated it accommodates three people. It made no sensethe room itself was around the same priceand when I questioned it, he became dismissive and unhelpful.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Centrally located close to all attractions The Christmas market was at the top of the street, and metro stop very close by!
Room was a good size, and immaculately clean and bed very comfortable

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking around Lisbon . Staff all extremely friendly from check in to restaurant to bar staff . The breakfast staff were very helpful in organising a table so our group of 6 could sit together. The selection of hot food , bread , pastries and cold meat was lovely, plenty to suit everyone. Overall a great day in small but comfortable clean rooms...

Great hotel, great location to explore lisbon, metro very close by.
Staff were very friendly, and breakfast selection very good. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Would highly recommend...

Checked into the hotel early and our cases were taken to a safe room.
Opted for bed and breakfast which was nice. Decent selection of cooked food and various pastries and cakes as well as cereals and yoghurts.
Hats off to the breakfast staff as they were polite and attentive. Impressed with their bi lingual skills.
Room was spacious and cleaned regularly.
