Hotel was very nice. Room was great and spacious (suite). Upgrade to suite was very worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and inexpensive. Light show was actually quite impressive and more than we expected. Lasted about 15 minutes....

Wonderful from checkin to checkout! The facilty and rooms are topnotch.
The staff is amazing.
The light show is a nice plus....

Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something Ive not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. If you chose not to have your room cleaned for one day they provide a 5 voucher to use at the...

We stayed in the Lumen Hotel for 6 nights. We Werke amazed by how clean, organizer and well maintained was the property and our room. We had chosen a Pure light room facing the City but at the time of checking in we were generously Upgraded to a higher floor and facing the Hotel yard and Light show! Very interesting and worth of money to ASK for the yard view.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. I had a room in the executive level and I had a beautiful view. Such a shame that I couldn't stay a bit longer. I loved the light show they have every night at 10pm. Definitely recommend it. It enhances the experience at Lumen Hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless. The location is perfect too and also not far from the airport. I will definitely come back....
