Amazing hotel, exceptional staff and great location! We travelled here as a staycation in Lisbon and we had a perfect stay. The staff deserve a special shoutout because everyone we encountered at reception was super friendly and helpful. The light show is spectacular and we were lucky to see it from our room too. Highly recommend!...

Can't fault the staff - Very first time to Lisbon, Portugal in general and very friendly.
I took my mother away for her birthday and they made her birthday special.
I did purchase the VIP birthday but I did not expect to receive what I did. They worked with me and made it a surprise for when we returned back. The food was amazing. we only did the B&B but everything was fresh.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. Carlos and Daniela at the front desk were particularly helpful so thank you to both of them! Lots a space to store belongings in closets, drawers & cabinets. The breakfast was very good. Our room

Just returned from a very good stay at the Lumen Hotel from 11th to 14th January 2026.
On arrival the receptionist was efficient and friendly. The room on the 4th floor was a good size with a large comfortable bed, television, tea and coffee, safe and bottled water. Excellent customer service!
From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed.
Francisco greeted us and took care of our luggage he then helped us with our weekend planning with recommendations setting up our tours. We had many questions and he provided all the information we needed.
