Very nice and well located hotel- close to the metro station and the tourist city center. We had a family room, very spacious, comfortable and clean with huge beds. Very nice and helpful service. Tasty, varied breakfasts. I recommend to watch the light show....

From the moment we arrived at the Lumen Hotel, Lisbon the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We received an upgrade (due to a birthday) to a Master Suite which was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Beatriz on Reception was exceptional. Great location, very comfortable and clean rooms, with every detail thoughtfully designed.
A special thanks to the hotel staff true professionals who go out of their way to ensure your comfort. They explained everything, helped us park our car, and even offered umbrellas when the weather turned bad it's the little things that really make a difference.
