Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Service excellent also. We would definitely stay there again....

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group. The rooms were very nice and had charging stations on each side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was included in the price for us. It was varied and had good selection of meats, fruits and cereal. Coffee machine available. There were gluten free options as well. Staff was very nice. The light show in the garden was nice. I chose Lumen Hotel based on TripAdvisor.com reviews. Our travel group booked 10 rooms for 3 nights. It was definitely the correct decision. The hotel is modern and clean. The room is airy and functional. The included breakfast was good with ample selections. The best is the reception desk. Benedita checked our group in with efficiency and a big smile. Cleanliness - hotel was extremely clean in both common areas and in the rooms. It has a really nice modern design and is well presented.
Staff - concierge and reception staff were super friendly and lovely. Very eager to help you. HOWEVER, our cleaner took our TV remote by accident when cleaning and we rang the reception twice and went down twice to ask for one/ find out where it went and they proceeded to say that...
