We stayed at a supposed 4-star hotel for New Year's Eve and was deeply disappointed.
From check-in, we faced issues. On New Years Eve, our room had no hot water. We contacted the front desk, but their promises for maintenance were vague. Nice and clean hotel but some serious issues in order to make the stay more enjoyable.
Rooms are generally very clean, however the bath tubs make showering an experience, especially in the rooms that do not have grab handles to help access to and exit from the tub. We had a bathroom door handle that came off every time it was pulled and could not avoid shower water escaping to the floor / window sill and presumably ...

Checkin was quick, rooms were comfortable, bathrooms large, everything was very clean, rooms were quiet, breakfast was very good,
Only negative was that the WIFI didn't work very well. Whether or not it worked at all seemed to depend on the position with the room. This needs to be improved.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Portugal.
The hotel is located in a central area of Lisbon, which is not the city centre, but it is a very nice area to the east of the city, which on the occasion of EXPO 98 was completely redeveloped. It has many free spaces among the buildings, wide streets and parks, and of course metro and buses to get everywhere.

The only good thing is the proximity to the exhibition center. Everything else is probably less than a 3 star. Mold in the shower, cleaning not done properly, horrible breakfast and rude staff. We went for an exhibition which was 2 minutes walking distance so it served our purpose but totally overpriced and bad quality everything.
