We had a group of 10 having a great time until the waitress told us to quiet down after we had drinks in 2 bars 1 at each and dinner in the restaurant food was over priced and average....

Great weekend in Lisbon

Myself and my son spent 3 fantastic days at this hotel. The staff were so friendly. Nothing was a problem.
The room was spotless, large and with great views of the city.
The rooftop bar was an added bonus.
Only downside was not the fault of the hotel.
Lots and lots of single African and Middle Eastern men hanging around the plaza outside, especially after dark....

The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance to a lot of stuff. The actual hotel rooms were dated and my particular room had an extremely strong musty smell that almost made me sick. The fan/air conditioning/heat was not working in my room. The hotel was booked up, otherwise I would have asked for another room. I kept the window open a crack. Beds and linen were clean and washroom was p...

We went to visit our daughter and ended up booking 2 rooms at this hotel. We paid up front (will never do so again)
The carpet smelled, there was molt. Everything seemed from the 80s
When we complained they said, No refunds and maybe tomorrow they could see if they had other rooms for us. We booked that same night at Bessa Hotel which was close by (can really recommend Bessa)

Stayed at Hotel Mundi and really appreciated the friendly, personable service from start to finish. The rooms were cosy, clean and thoughtfully laid out a nice, calm place to unwind after a day out. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with good variety to set you up for the day.
