The hotel is ideally situated with 2 metro stations very near. The reception check in was quick and painless and our room on the 7th floor had great views. We decided to have breakfast on the 8th floor and had some terrific views of Lisbon. Location is very walkable to attraction's and we took advantage of the 72 hour hop on bus that has 2 good routes and river cruise and also allows you on Tram 28. ...

My husband booked our trip as a surprise and this hotel was conveniently situated for walking to the main tourist attractions of Lisbon. It is not the prettiest of buildings and is currently undergoing refurbishment, which must have started with reception and the new ground floor bar. Unfortunately, I don't think it had reached our room, which was more Premier Inn than 4* hotel, but was clean and comfortable. There w...

Visit to the heart of Lisbon

This hotel is extremely well situated right in the heart of of the City. There is easy access to the Metro less than a minute away. Staff were very welcoming and our room was clean and spacious. There is a beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant with fantastic views....

Another good stay but a couple of issues. The room was a good size and clean. However we wanted a coffee but there was a kettle but no coffee. I phoned reception to inform them that there was no coffee in the room. I was told that it was correct as that room only came with hot water as standard. Very strange. Excellent hotel in a great location . Good was really good and the roof top bar was a must to see the views . Easy walk to the five and tram stop outside the hotel. The decor was good and the hotel was very clean . Staff were friendly and helpful . The free drink was appreciated ....
