Nice hotel in a good location

We chose this hotel due to its location (close to metro, shopping and restaurants) as a base for three days exploring Lisbon; we found our room and the public areas to be very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was also good.
There were no issues during our stay, and we would gladly stay here again....

We are visiting from the USA and on The Best of Portugal tour. From the time we arrived we were welcomed, helped with directions, and assisted with luggage drop off. Because it was too early for check in we toured around the area. This hotel is near the metro, a relaxing park and a wonderful shopping mall.

Deffinately not a four star hotel! Really low standard

Good location in the city, but thas pretty much it. They state to be a four star hotel, but that is just a joke. If you compare with Four Seasons, which is very close and is a five star hotel, this is maybe two.
The lobby area is not inviting to sit and chill in. There is a bar around in the back, but did not try it.
Rooms are very minimalistic and furniture are old. There are som cracks here and there and wall mold...

Excellent hotel and location in central Lisbon close to the metro and tourist area but out side it so the local restaurants are great and not tourist prices. The hotel is clean, modern and well designed with a very good breakfast buffet and a bar. Staff was excellent too. I thought this was a real jewel...

Probably not the best choice for a stay in Lisbon

Consider other options! They tell you one thing and then they charge 50% more for express laundry service.. All hotels have a price list in the room ticket which clearly explains in writing how things work, including pricing and hours os service, but here it is very confusing so you have to ask and then it's all verbal so he/she said, not professional IMO! With some options in Lisbon, why go thru this in this hotel? ...
