The hotel was wonderful, from arrival to departure. It's definitely one of the best hotels in Lisbon. Super friendly staff, great rooms, and the best location. We'll definitely be back....

Excellent hotel. Excellent location in the tourist center of the city. The hotel staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and accurate, the rooms are neat and organized properly. Every day we received a small and tasty gift, for example a bottle of cherry liqueur, chocolate, and the famous Pastel de nata.

Booked this hotel as it is close to the cruise ports. Rooms are fabulous and the staff really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast also really good. Will definitely stay again if we are back in Lisbon....

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had a premium room which was a good size with plenty of storage and a couple of easy chairs. The television is in the mirror which although looked good wasnt the best viewing, but we didnt mind as we just used it for YouTube music. The bathroom was excellent with a bath/ over shower and a separate walk in shower, double sink and a bidet. The Rituals toiletries is a very nic...

Amazing experience from start to finish. I stayed 3 nights on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday. The staff were very friendly and had a treat for me daily. The hotel was central and beautifully presented....
