Were still here, staying on the second floor ! Fantastic hotel, luxurious, superb helpful and friendly staff.
We arrived on Friday and I wasnt sure at first, the hotel has no big name sign anywhere, but once inside it was lovely. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! It's right in front of the Praça do Comércio and Arco da Rua Augusta so and close to the water and Alfama area. Everything is walkable and tons of options of food and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful. You can tell it's an older building but the interiors are classy and luxurious. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our tour round Portugal and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly located, the staff are exellent and it is as well-appointed as you'd expect a small 5 star hotel to be. There is comfortable guest lounge with free tea and sparkling wine. Hotel is clean and upscale, located in a great spot with excellent staff. We had a great 5 day visit and they booked several meals and excursions for us. Breakfast and bar staff were very attentive and the front desk staff anticipated our needs and found us great things to do during our first stay in Portugal, even securing us a last minute hair appt on what seemed to be the busiest time of the year in Lisbon....

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. Our room was very nice, spacious. The hotel is in an excellent position close to everything, which made it easy to get around.
