Great hotel, location perfect, metro opposite the hotel, very clean rooms & a great pool. Plenty choice for breakfast....

Its not a bad hotel, in a good location. Near San Sebastiáo Metro, great shopping centre and some lovely parks. Some staff on the front desk were great, ( the younger ones) but one older male was very rude - insisting we needed a pool card for towels, which we were never told about or given at check in. The pool was a godsend but very crowded and not enough sun beds for the size of the clientele. Breakfast was ok,...

Definitely should be rated as a four star. Location, facilities and service were second to none. We chose this hotel as it was fairly central but also had a pool so after long days sightseeing it was nice to unwind on the roof and have a swim and sunbathe. Breakfast was a wide selection of cold and hot food including bacon, sausage and eggs. Service was good and friendly. The metro is literally 50 yards from the fron...
