Great location. Easy access from the airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great value for money. November in Lissabon felt like summer to us, so we really appreciated the swimming pool and the small sauna. :)...

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel definitely deserves a solid four stars. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. the staff is polite and pleasant. We couldn't swim in the pool because the weather was too cool for us. but a nice bonus was that you could take a bath in your room after a long day. The hotel's location is ideal for ...

Nice enough but too far away from centre

A nice hotel but too far out of the main town attractions ( 45 minutes walk walk)
Breakfast is good and pool area is also good - although not enough space for guests and fills quickly.
The metro is easy to use and less than 10 minutes walk.
Didnt find a lot of restaurants nearby however there is a large El
Cortes Inglés dept store 5 mins away with a large food court
Downside is only one plug point in room.

No idea why this is only a 3star hotel. It came as a very pleasant surprise. Spotlessly clean. Large room with good aircon and the metro right outside so you can be whisked straight into the centre. There is a lovely little pool on the roof so you can catch the sun and chill after a hot day in the city. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I loved it, the suite was beautiful and perfect for our family, the pool was great and the reception was one of the best ever. I highly recommend this hotel, to be honest I was a little nervous about it only being a 3 star and after staying there I can honestly say I received a 5 star experience!...
