Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. No complaints about the hotel. Really enjoyed it. We travelled with Easy jet,and as usual the flight was delayed arrived at Lisbon Airport and queued for 2 and half hours at passport control so had a phone call from the Transfer company saying that we have been to long and said make your own way to the hotel by Taxi! Nice clean room, good breakfast (bacon is a bit strange) really handy for the Sao Sebastio Metro station (red line from the airport.). Pleasant staff and bar prices reasonable for a hotel. Excellent value for money.
There's a park nearby around the modern art museum, and an el Corte Ingles with street food at sub ground level and gourmet dining on the 7th floor...

Hotel service,rooms,staff all excellent. Visit was overshadowed by exorbitant charge for airport shuttle. 3 of us travelling from airport in a saloon taxi were charged 40 euro (after initial quote of 35 euro) for a ten minute ride. Return journey in a public taxi, cost us 12 euro, the whole experience was ruined by this money grabbing, penny pinching move. Its not about the money its about the gouging of clients fo...

Had a great time - location is perfect and hotel was clean and comfortable. All staff were very pleasant and Jose in particular couldnt have been more welcoming- he is a superb credit to the hotel. Staff should be proud of their efforts. Thanks :-)...

My first trip to Lisbon with my stay at the Sana Rena Hotel that was perfectly placed for all my sightseeing on foot, tram & the metro.
The room and were spot on and the staff so helpful with exceptional customer service. I will certainly be returning....
