We had a quick overnight stay here before our flight out of Lisbon. Our stay was a bit of a mixed bag for us. Im rating it 4 because in the end this hotel delivers on what I think most travelers want - a good reliable place to stay before catching a flight or for business. Hotel is so close to airport you can walk. Room is small but very cozy, and they utilized every space well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar is next to check-in. One of the best airport hotels we have stayed in.
Pros:
Rooms are spotless and quite big in size for an 'airport hotel'.
We got a great last minute deal, so definitely value for money.
Rooms are really sound proof. Did not hear any noise even being so close to the airport.
5-6 minutes walk from the terminal.
Food available 24 hours a day
Cons: cant really think of any
The free shuttle runs only once in 15 minut...

I had high hopes for this place and the room is nice but the service is terrible. Dont often write begativw reviews and Im surprised to see so many positive reviews when my experience was anything but. I attempted to go and order a cheese toastie and a cup of breakfast tea. Quite simple.

This is a really nice airport hotel! Perfect location in Lisbon, very good food available, the room offers all you need, with a very good water pressure shower and a comfy mattress....
