This is a really nice airport hotel! Perfect location in Lisbon, very good food available, the room offers all you need, with a very good water pressure shower and a comfy mattress....

Great hotel near the airport

Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff. Great room and plenty of space. We had the buffet dinner tonight and it was plentiful and well worth having. Id like to make a special mention about the incredible wait staff at dinner, they were amazing - so efficient and friendly. They even offer a shuttle to the airport and gave out Xmas cookies in arrival which was a fab touch. Id recommend this hotel....

Disappointing.

Because of a long layover in between two TAP flights I booked a room for day use, with the delusional hope to be able to sleep a few hours after the red eye flight from New York.
I asked at check in to get a room on a quiet spot. Checked in at 9:30 AM and left at 3:00 PM.
Sleeping was impossible because of the unbearable noise caused by the cleaning lady who methodically worked every room around mine with her vacu...

The rooms were OK; small but doable for one night. We couldn't get the A/C to work and were already in our PJs so didn't call the front desk. (This is in late November.) Fortunately our window opened. The shower door wouldn't close so water got on the floor (maintenance issue), after getting in the shower I realized I couldn't get soap or shampoo out of the shower dispensers so just rinsed off. Looking for a hotel for a short overnight layover by the airport in Lisbon? Look no further! Yes, it is a bit expensive, but you will be so much happier here than on the airport floors overnight. It is literally a 3 minute walk from arrivals. The staff were so nice. My room was nice and comfortable.
