As a solo traveler, I cannot say enough about the property - safe, beautiful, well maintained, quiet, clean. The members of the staff, were an absolute pleasure, helpful with providing suggestions, directions and even one night I had gone shopping , they offered to take my bags to my room so I can continue the night out.

My wife and I just spent 6 days in a "junior suite" at the Editory Riverside. The hotel surpassed our expectations. While its in a historic building it feels very modern. Breakfasts were expansive and the staff were most helpful. A truly great way to start the day. Our room was spacious, quiet, well appointed; a pleasant place to rest and regroup between our city explorations.

Don't Waste Your Money

This is a minimalist hotel. Don't expect ANYTHING! No drawers to put anything in. And a very dirty and untidy hotel. We know for a fact that the cleaners didn't do anything but "tidy" our room. Hallways are dirty and everything needs vacuuming. I think you can do wayyyyy better for your $$$$$. Plus the location leaves much to be desired....

Rooms dark and cramped. Not a welcoming reception - a hole in the wall entrance area. Not a premium hotel by any measure....
