Good location, lovely decor, good food, good wine, lovely service. Everyone was very friendly.
Wonderful sea views.
Only slight negatives: not enough coat hangers, no coat hooks and no surfaces to put anything down. Breakfast was somewhat overpriced. Nevertheless we would stay there again and recommend it to others....

Our large group of 58 descended upon the hotel all at once and check in was handled so professionally by Caroline and Pedro. Everyone was in a room and out on their way within less than 30 minutes! That level of service continued throughout our 3-nights in the hotel and made our stay such a pleasant one. Nadia at Reception must also be applauded for the help and advice she provided to many in our group.

Really lovely hotel. Easy to get to from the airport - the train takes you straight there (one change) . We spent 2 days in Lisbon and then caught the train to Porto for another 2 days so the hotel in the station was perfect for us.
The hotel has fabulous high ceilings. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Service was fantastic - ever...

Kudos for the spec and comfort level on the recent remodel, however:
Shower heads are clogged with calcium deposits and spray erratically everywhere.
Restaurant was highly disappointing

Disappointing stay. The staff for the most part were kind and helpful, but this is just simply not a 5 star hotel. First room was infested with ants, so they switched our room which was very nice but frustrating as wed already completely unpacked. Waited an hour for room service of coffee and pastries.
