The hotel is exceptional!! Every member of the staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and truly concerned for the well-being of every guest. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. Not A Four Star Hotel

This was a very disappointing place. Pictures of the "four star" hotel did not resemble the actual rooms; they are quite tiny and the walls are very thin. Halls are noisy and you can hear just about everything from surrounding rooms. The location is in the midst of a very congested area, even for a city h otel. Very nice hotel with wonderful ambiance. Centrally located with restaurants and things to see. Staff very friendly and provide excellent service. Spacious rooms. Large pool and roof top terrace with cabanas for relaxing...
