An amazing stay. Welcoming staff and a great location. The restaurant for dinner was so amazing we went back a second time. The lunch in the garden of the wine bar was relaxing and a nice break from sightseeing. A must stay when visiting Lisbon!...

Not impressed and I have just checked in ! The check in counter person Ghulam took over 30 mins to check us despite of full payment even done at time of booking . I booked and paid for junior suite with two rooms within one suite but we have been given 401 and 427 two separate rooms. The person across just opened her door and screamed at me for walking in the corridor ! I am just in shock !!! Very rude peeps !...

Not a 5 Star Hotel.

We decided in the end to review this hotel. First and foremost, it is NOT a 5 star hotel. Its a 4 star with a few extras. As following our complaints the Hotel deducted the cost of a breakfast ( we found better places to go) we wont go into our issues in detail. Suffice to say, do not book the Deluxe rooms, they are anything but. Ancillary and bar staff were excellent, the reception staff were poor. Do not expect t...
