Great service! Really kind staff, Miguel really made sure we had the best experience and Willy, who took care of us during our lunch, was wonderful as well. They Made all the changes to our accomodate with our desire for this meal, VERY IMPRESSED even spoke french to make my friend and I comfortable!!...

Perfectly located - this hotel was gorgeous. We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the quiet gardens. Our room was immaculate with every amenity needed. The atmosphere was like being in a Palace! The staff was wonderful. 10 out of 10 for us!...

What a lovely city. Friendly, walkable (though hilly), lovely food. The One is great, a bit of an oasis, beautifully located. The room (junior suite) was very nicely done with an excellent shower.
