The pillows are fantastic, but if you disagree there is a pillow menu should you wish to swap! The complimentary beverages, in-room provisions and indoor spa make your stay at this hotel an elevated experience. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy during our entire stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Luckily, the art gallery and other hotel amenities kept us entertained. This was our second time visiting the restaurant Condes de Ericeira. The service was amazing and the food as always was delicious. The attention to details made the dinner feel special. Thank you Tito for the awesome experience. We will definitely be back soon....

Highly recommend for service and location

Nice clean rooms, double vanity, what appears to be an exquisite renovation of an older building. Service was perfect. Restaurants served delicious food options. Fernando and Hugo provided great service at Condes de Ericeira restaurant. Great location just behind Avenida da Liberdades. Would stay here again on future trips to Lisbon....

Fernando and Hugo provided exceptional service at dinner. They managed our meal flawlessly. Fernando's knowledge of the menu was especially impressive. His insight of the menu items led to several exquisite recommendations, which added another dimension to our overall dining experience....

We visited for the brunch menu and not only was the room beautiful and the food delicious (a lot of variety to chose from) but the service was perfect. Nina was very polite and friendly, always caring and making sure we had everything we needed....
