My husband and I had a beautiful stay at this magnificent hotel in Lisbon. The amenities, quality and rooms are fantastic and very quiet - with a very comfortable bed and bathrooms are luxurious.
The location is in the heart of Lisbon and we walked over 15 miles to everything we wanted to explore. It is perfect

Everything was fantastic untilI was charged for using the adaptor they provided WHEN I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS S CHARGE AS THERE WAS NOTHING POSTED THAT SID SO. 20 Euros plus exchange. I phoned them and talked to someone first and had to send an email to them with my information with more back and forth contact. At one point i understood I would get the refund because nothing was posted and i never knew it was a charge,...

We stayed three nights after a cruise. American Express Fine hotel. The Concierge reaches out to you before you arrive and can help you book tours. We let them know of our 9:45 am arrival and greatly appreciated that they had a room ready for us and even upgraded to a city view. The room was a comfortable size with a large table and two chairs. First class stay in a first class hotel.

Just had another great stay at the Tivoli Avenida.
Nelson and his team were alway available to ensure our stay was first class. The staff at breakfast and dinner always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with our choices.
We will be returning soon. Highly recommended....
