We arrived early and check-in wasn't ready until the afternoon. The manager gave us a seat in the club lounge so we could freshen up, have some snacks and refreshments while we waited for our room.

We have spent 5 nights in Tivoli hotel in Feb 2025. The experience was just exceptional on all aspects. We tried the various amenities, gym, spa, Cervezeria, Seen roof top service quality and staff professionalism were really outstanding.
