I am very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend staying here. I was given a dark room with a view directly facing another building. The bed moves because it is not properly fixed, the sheets were torn, and there is noise throughout the entire morning. The comfort is poor, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. A complete disaster....

Our stay here was great! The receptionist was so kind and explained everything well. We dined in for lunch and dinner. The service was above and beyond. Everyone is friendly and professional. The staff here are very accommodating and amiable. The views of the train station are beautiful. Great location....

I had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to control the AC and the TV worked with many channels. The staff was friendly, breakfast had a great selection and the location was safe and near a train station and mall. Room service was also very good. The only issue I had was that the tub is higher than standard US tubs, so it was a bit scary getting in and out but it is manageable. I later ...

Overall Disappointing, not worth it

Disappointed. No hot water, added "recommended" tip to my bill, not very customer friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok, they made eggs to order, and had drip coffee....
