Excellent hotel spoilt by an awful nights sleep

I stayed here on business for one night. Unfortunately was allocated a room very close to where the lifts are and directly next to the stairs, meaning the fire door was constantly slammed shut up until midnight. The rest of the hotel is superb including the staff, location and facilities. Ruined by a poor nights sleep. Such a shame....

Tivoli Oriente never disappoints! Its the only part of my travel experience that is always welcomes me with a warm and friendly smile.
I was there with friends and they made their visit special as well.
They always make each visit extra special. I usually receive a welcome message before my arrival from the Guest Relations (AnaSantos).
This time I asked if it was possible to get a special drink that is a Christmas...

Lovely hotel, our first choice in Lisbon. Good facilities, comfortable rooms, great location, nice views. Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Close to Oriente station to make travel easy....

This hotel was a great and unbelievable surprise.
I was there for my birthday, to spend some time in Lisbon and they gave me a surprise: a champagne bottle and a cake in the room.
And I did not tell then that was my birthday.
The staff is perfect, as the restaurants, during dinner, breakfast or a snack.
The hotel also have a very nice rooftop, with many and good options to drink while you look to the city from the to...
