Eurostars uHotel is located right next to the Grand Hotel Union in the center of Ljubljana. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the Preseren Square, Triple Bridge, farmers market and the riverside restaurants. They have a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet and even has a gluten-free section. Overall, would definitely choose to stay at Eurostars again....

From check in to check out and everything in between, the stay at this hotel was amazing. Ill start with the staff since that is what you encounter first. The staff are kind, considerate and helpful. A true asset to the hotel! We arrived at a late time to the hotel after traveling for 24 hours. Moved to three different rooms

Terrible experience at Eurostars uHotel. I was moved to three different rooms due to serious issues: one smelled like sewage, another had a broken air conditioner during a heatwave, and the third still had a foul odor. Management was unavailable throughout my stay. Absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid. Do not recommend....

Disappointing and overpriced

Nice pool, good breakfast, excellent location, good wifi. As for the rest, disappointing, especially given that its supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Our 200+ a night room had ineffective AC (external temp was 32 degrees), a squeaking bed frame, an old mattress, seasonally inappropriate bedding, and very low water pressure in the shower. We complained after the first night, and desk staff were polite and responsive. ...

Lets start with the positives: great location in town and excellent breakfast on offer.
Now for the negatives: the bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned at all - the toilet had what looked like skid marks (!) and the mirror was stained. the furniture in the room was outdated and the sheets felt damp.
