Not a great hotel if you want peace & quiet and good service

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised. We were early for check in but the reception staff allowed us to get to our rooms early. The rooms are small but functional if youre just here to sleep. It was clean and the staff were able to deal with the immediate issues we had such as we couldnt operate the safe, and the beds hadnt been separated into twins.

Uncomfortable Room Temperatures and Little Support

During my stay at the hotel in Slovenia during the Hip-Hop World Championship, many people from our group, including myself, had significant problems with the temperature control in the rooms. Despite outside temperatures of around 5 °C, the rooms were extremely overheated, and due to a very small window, it was almost impossible to ventilate them properly.

Duct tape on curtains

One of the worst hotels weve stayed in. Situated on a roundabout in the middle of very busy roads on the edge of town. No a/c in hotel at this time of year. Far too noisy to open windows. Holes in the blackout material at back of curtains, letting light in. Other previous guests had stuck duct tape over holes. Asked reception and they immediately passed over huge reel of tape for us to stick on curtains! Room ...

Comfortable modern business hotel

Stayed here for 5 nights. Clean comfortable double room. The heating was a bit difficult to control so we turned it off. Breakfast was good with a choice of different foods The bar is OK but it is easy walking distance for the city centre for evening meals etc....

Nice hotel with sub par management

The hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. However I believe the management leaves much to be desired. I was part of a group tour and decided to extend my stay here by two extra days for which I was paying separately. At the end of the first extra day, I was called at 10:00 at night and I was already in bed. The front desk demanded that I come down immediately and pay for the two days. I a...
