We had a 3 night stay at this hotel booked with British Airways holidays.
Very busy when with your groups. We were in 518. The room was ok. It was pretty basic. It was quiet and we slept ok , air con worked well. The room lacked a fridge. Even though there was room for one.
Breakfast wasnt bad , pretty good selection of items on the hot and cold buffets.

They Froze My Medication!!

I stayed at the Hotel Lev in In Slovenia. I h=gave the staff my $3600 of Neupogen to store in the refrigerator as there was not minibar un the room. I made sure they understand it need to be refrigerated and goes "where the milk goes."
When I received my meds back when I was ready to leave they were forzen!!! $3600 of life saving medication was frozen by this hotel!!

Dont even bother staying at this hotel its a joke. Everything about it is subpar. They have no refrigerators in the room so when they ask them to take care of my medication, they actually froze it. After I found out it was frozen they made every excuse and told me the refrigerator was fine. I guess the medication froze on its own. Not their fault according to them. It was $3600 worth of medication. I trusted them w...

Great City Break Hotel

Great hotel for a city break. Great location 10-15 walk to centre and also bus and train station. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly ( Neska?? especially) Rooms were clean and comfortable (maybe a little too hot). Lovely choice for breakfast. Would definitely return....

we took bus to airport 4 euros and to lake bled 7.5 euros
