Upon checking into our room we realized the coffee station had not been cleaned or restocked with coffee pods, sugar, cream etc. I called down and explained that the coffee station was left a mess with the empty packaging from the prior guest. 5-Star prices, 1-Star standards and Dishonest Practices

Our stay here was nowhere near the standard of a 5-star hotel.
From the outset, the service was unprofessional. On arrival, we witnessed a receptionist arguing with a guest who had been waiting a long time to check in, openly annoyed, dismissive and saying Im on my own.

Although not a cheap hotel, its quality is well worth the price. The hotel's infrastructure is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and even though it was practically full during New Year's Eve, they managed to handle the breakfast, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. Delicious breakfast with a beautiful service and a view on the mountains. This is a good reason to stay at the Grand Plaza. I will come back again....
